Hamburský house - rave - trance projekt. Baxxter (ročník 1966) a Jordan debutovali jako dvojice na konci 80. let singlem The Nun. Čtveřice byla úspěšná už pod původním jménem The Loop, hlavně díky svým remixům. První velký hit Scooteru byla skladba Hyper, Hyper. Živě vystupují v triu, t.j. bez Thieleho.
Téměř na den přesně deset let po vydání svého prvního singlu jsou němečtí technomágové zpět s fantastickým novým albem „Mind the Gap“ 2004, kterým navazují na svůj (tradičně) veleúspěšný titul „The Stadium Techno Experience“, kterým válcovali hitparády před cca rokem a půl. Album je předznamenáno singlem „Shake That!“ a nikoho nenechává na pochybách, kdo je v oblasti techna a trance králem starého kontinentu. Hamburské trio svojí nadupanou novinkou dokazuje, že do druhé dekády vstupuje plné sil a elánu.
V roce 2007 vydali album The Question What Is The Question . Z alba známe už And No Matches , The Question What Is The Question a Jumping All Over The World . Dne 28.5.2008 vystoupili po třech letech v Praze s perfektní Show.
